Q) Will you be shooting every game at my child's tournament?
A) While we can't shoot every game because of manpower issues, every effort is made to make sure every team participating in the tournament is photographed at least once. For this reason, we do not take requests to shoot certain games, but rather, we obtain a master schedule from tournament organizers and create our own shooting schedule to make sure as many different teams are photographed as possible.

Q) Can we request that you specifically photograph my child?
A) Absolutely. Stop by our tent and find out when we will be shooting your team, and let us know what number and color uniform to look for. Also, feel free to tap the photographer on the shoulder while he or she is on your field. They're hard to miss- they're the ones with the big cameras and the US Photo shirts.

Q) I looked at your website and didn't see any shots of my child. Don't you shoot every one?
A) Unfortunately, sports photography isn't exact, and we do sometimes miss athletes for various reasons. Sometimes the play just wasn't near them, or sometimes we've tried to shoot them and someone else was blocking them, or sometimes they weren't in the game while we were covering it. Tournaments are hectic events with a lot of teams to
cover. Contact us about coming to your next league game, where we can spend more time and effort concentrating on just your team, and make sure we shoot everyone who plays.

Q) If you're selling the photos at the tournament, will they be available online as well?
A) Yes! We understand how crazy tournament days can be and that you night not have time to view the photos that day. They'll be uploaded to our website within 3 days of the end of the event.

Q) I'd like you to come and shoot my daughter's local soccer game- how much do you charge?
A) NOTHING! We'll gladly come to any local game and photograph for free. The images will then be placed in our easy to use online store, where you and the other parents can preview prints and order right from our website.

Q) Do you also do posed shots and team shots?
A) YES! US Photo/J & C Imaging is a full service photography studio. We do team shots, posed individual shots, and action. Our photographers have done it all, from youth sports to high school and college sports and a variety of other events. Our experience makes us the best in Kansas in event photography.

Q) I want to order a photo from the website, but my child is a little small in the photo. Can you zoom in on him?
A) Yes. All photos are cropped when they are printed, to maximize the subject in the frame. If there is more than one athlete in the photo, please let us know which one we should feature. You can let us know by filling in the comments section at the end of the ordering process.

Q) I ordered a magazine cover, and it says to include the athlete's name, but I don't see any place to enter it. Where do I tell you the name?
A) Use the comments box that appears at the end of the ordering process. Please keep in mind that our magazine covers are fixed templates, and for this reason, only the two side headlines can change.

Q) When will I receive my order?
A) Most orders ship within a week of receipt of the order. If you ordered a custom collage poster, it will be shipped after you have approved the custom designed lay-out which will be e-mailed to you within two-three weeks of receipt of the order.

Q) What if I don't want my child's photos on the Internet?
A) We'll remove the photo(s) in question. Simply send us an email or call us. Have the event name, the game name, and the photo number handy so we'll know exactly which photo you mean.
